Spain has imposed strict limits on air conditioning in public buildings to save energy amid the country’s second summer heat wave.

Dry hot weather is likely to continue into autumn Spain’s weather service AEMET said in a recent report putting further pressure on Europe’s largest network of dammed reservoirs.
