5.玉米
玉米的B族维生素、β-胡萝卜素和膳食纤维的含量高于稻米和小麦,还含有黄体素、玉米黄质等有益于健康的植物活性物质 。如果吃玉米连胚芽也吃掉的话,还能获得必需脂肪酸(亚油酸)及维E,对身体好 。玉米是不错的谷物,而鲜玉米的须用来煮汤也很合适 。鲜玉米的玉米须有棕色的,也有白色的,如果要煮玉米水,最好选白色的,比较嫩,煮好的水有预防感染的作用 。
